Met schlumberger recruiters at the campus career fair. Attended a seminar. Make sure you do that. They kind of remember you I guess. Got invited the next day for a first round interview on campus. Basic behavioral questions. nothing technical. it lasted around 30 mins. Was contacted by email regarding a second round interview at Conway, AR. You reach around 5 in the evening and attend a couple of presentations by company representatives. Then you give a presentation with your team which was assigned to you a week before the interview. You will be grilled with technical questions. So prepare well. Get to know everything you have on your slides. Just reading the slides and staring at the ceiling when asked a follow up question by the recruiter wont work. This is followed by a couple of group activities and the whole thing lasts till 2 AM in the night.
You are expected to meet in the lobby the next day around 7 AM in the morning. Then you are taken to a field location by bus. They show you around and you are expected to be as inquisitive as possible. Then at the end of the day you give another presentation with your team on what you observed and learnt. This is followed by an exit interview consisting of questions like are you still interested, location preferences etc. It lasts around 5 mins. Don't worry about it. At the end they take you out to a bar for the night and fly you out next morning.

Not difficult/or hard, but just need to explain well enough to tell the logic process
It was an on campus hiring. First they shortlisted based on CV. Then second round was group discussion where we were given abstract topics like "Half filled glass of water" and were asked to discuss. This was also an eliminatory round. The final round was more of a HR round, they asked behavioural questions, few puzzles (very easy) and general knowledge questions
