It was 3 round interview which will be taken by your reporting manger , general manager & executive director . You need to clear everything to get into the HR round

Two step process. Two technical rounds and one HR. One was telephonic and one technical round was face to face. Overall it was good and smooth process. HR people make a mess of everything, but they do it everywhere. SKF is not an exception
