Entretien
Interview process was very fishy. I was texted rather than emailed or called to answer a questionaire. After completing that they liked my answers enough to get a 2nd interview. However they like to call it a group review. Rather than an interview it was me and some other guy in a zoom call with a manager and agency leader. It was 40 mins of propaganda that sugar coated everything. No real questions were asked. Immediately after they called me and offered a position.

Entretien
You attend a presentation with a few other candidates where you learn about the company and job opportunity. You are then asked to speak for a few seconds. That's it.

You are asked to say something about yourself for a few moments. (Could be any question.)
Group discussion. Not very personal and felt like they mass hire. No questions asked really and you were expected to ask questions. First session was a pre-recorded presentation then based on your response to a survey, you advance to the group session.
