The interview was very straightforward and informal. Since I had already been working with the team as a contractor, the conversation focused more on my experience in the role so far and my interest in joining the company permanently.
We talked about the work I’d been doing, the value I’d added, and how I saw myself growing within the team. They shared more about the responsibilities of the permanent position, what to expect in terms of benefits, and the potential for career development.
It felt more like a two-way conversation than a traditional interview — more about making sure we were aligned on expectations and that I was happy with the direction things were heading. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience.
