I was treated very well when I interviewed for the Director of Public Relations. First I met with one of the big dogs and we discussed the company, the role and expectations. SHREDZ was small at the time, so we talked about the future that he saw and how we were going to make it happen. After that interview, I was brought in to meet with the CEO. I brought multiple copies of my resume, but he didn't even look at it. He was more interested in who I was as a person and what I could bring to the table to help further the movement. I guess I had what it took because I got the job!
