Interview was done over MC Teams. I spoke with the Department head. Pretty standard Interview questions. They do ask of you know anything regarding the company itself. So do some hw online and learn some facts about the company.

Hiring manager reached out to me on LinkedIn to apply, Quick 15 minute phone screen followed by a 45 minute final round interview with a manager from a different office over Zoom. You are asked to submit the employment form right after the phone screen and then have to submit an assessment thru email due the next day. The assessment was odd with lots of questions on specific roles within the overall job function. I suggest taking notes during the final round interview.
