I was contacted for an interview. Conducted the interview with HR from China (ESL). I worked overseas as an expat to include China, yet could tell the interviewer did not understand much of what I said, even when keeping it simple. Just a lot of nods and "I understand". Standard questions focused on experience, but the experience is a little more technical and not easy for ESL.
