The interview process was initially smooth, with the recruiter reaching out within three days to schedule the interview. However, after the interview, the experience became frustrating. Despite giving thorough answers and feeling positive about my performance, I never received any follow-up from the agency. It is highly unprofessional to leave candidates in the dark without providing any feedback or an update on their application status.
