Entretien
5 minute phone call with hiring manager discussing the company's history and the on-site test. Test contains questions relating to sequence, patterns and simple math questions. The test is timed for 15 minutes 45 questions and you are not penalized for wrong answers. Mostly multiple choice. You wait around after the test for about 15 mins with other test takers until they call you one by one and tell you if you made it to next round.
