J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez SESO en janv. 2025
Entretien
The process consisted of four interviews including a non-technical phone screen, a coding challenge, system design, and lastly a virtual onsite before asking for references and receiving an offer.
The process was smooth and transparent, and they give you all the tools you need to prepare ahead of time for each portion including what you'll be doing, what technologies or domains you should familiarize with, and even sample repos to get a sense of what you'll be working with. They want to see you succeed, and the interview reflects that. Moreover, they've engineered the technical portions of the interview process to be relevant to the work they do on a regular basis, which is a breath of fresh air.
Everyone I've interacted with throughout the process has been extremely kind and understanding. Interview at this company!

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez SESO en mai 2025
Entretien
Had an initial phone call with internal recruiter. Half and hour before we were supposed to have it, it was rescheduled to the next day.
Next day, we have the interview. Lots of rapid fire questions. "Why did you leave this job? What is your biggest strength? What is your weakness?"
Did not hear back from them.

The interview process was straightforward. Got to the final round but ultimately wasn't offered the position. They did give me feedback on my interview performance which is invaluable. Seems like a great team.
