Entretien
Started off really well. The role was a advertised as a 20/80% mix. The HR manager was only concerned about a small aspect of the role and not able to inform me on other. Therefore the interview quickly became lopsided. An the end she became slightly irritated and finish on a bad note.
Never had any feedback. If this says anything about the culture of how staff is treated, no wonder they experience high turnover and need conflict resolution.
