Very unorganized to the point where the interviewer did not know my name, appointment, or who I was. They asked me various questions about the company and my skills and did not want to do the interview at all. The employers showed the stress and knew they were not happy being employed there. I pretty much had to stop the interview to not waste anymore of my time.
