The interview process was multiple rounds with an HR Generalist, the two owners, two VP’s, an office assistant, and three directors. They all essentially ask the same questions with the exception of the two owners - they are the ones who asked the most in-depth questions.

The interview process consisted of four interviews with the first one being with an HR Generalist and the office manager. The second was with the Director of Operations and Director of Logistics/Transportation. The third was with the VP of Business Development. The fourth was with the two Co-CEO's.
