First you have a phone screening that will last about 30 mins - 1 hr discussing who you are and why you want this position. If you pass, you'll get invited to a GROUP screening where they go over what they expect from OITs and are very honest about the time commitment needed. You get into groups for roleplaying several times where each facilitator will get a chance to see how you do. These roleplays consist of talking to workers you are trying to organize and trying to get them to invite you into their home to talk. Be open to feedback and incorporating that into your roleplays. Dont be afraid to ask questions and ask for tips. The group screening took about 3 hours.
Had a phone screening before a big group interview. Group interview involved a lot of roleplays and thinking on your feet to test how you would be in the field.

The whole process took nearly THREE MONTHS; as an unemployed person this was incredibly painful. A phone interview that was no-showed by the interviewer, then put on hold for nearly a month. The first interview went fine. Eventually did a 3 hour group interview on Zoom where we got into small groups and took turns improving. I'd say each person got 4-5 minutes each. Then it took another three weeks to get a copy/paste rejection email.
