Stage one was an online application form, covering past experience (CV) and competency based questions. The next stage was an interview made of 8 stations of MMIs (also competencies based) and then a computer based call listening/typing test, where you had to listen to sample calls and type responses to questions into a form.

The interview is easy, and the Trust makes sure to give a fair chance to everyone. The interviewers are very friendly, making sure you feel comfortable with them before they move on to the interview questions.
