Applied online and received invitation to phone interview. Interview lasted about 30 min asking about previous research and writing experience. I had previous experience in an internship researching case law and drafting motions. Received email after call offering internship.

20 min phone interview with an offer at the end of the call. Official offer sent in a later email. Very basic interview questions- mostly informative about the program. Positive experience.
Filled out the application on USA Jobs and heard from a representative that requested an interview. If they request an interview, it seems they are very interested. Heard back a few weeks later.

I applied online and I had to complete a coding exercise which was financials focused, followed by in person interview. The in person interview was behavioral. Good experience overall. This was for a more quantitative role in new york city.
