The hiring is straight forward. The background takes a while. The interviewer is personal and the conversation is smooth. I got to choose between which department I want to intern for.

Entretien
I completed an online application and specified my divisions of interest. Then, I was contacted to interview with a professional. Later, I was extended an offer with ten days to respond.
Takes a while to get to the interview as they do background check, but once there appears to go quickly (I heard back within a week, and I believe others had similar experiences)
The interview process was as expected, and the questions were pretty standard for the internship application process. I had several rounds of interviews over the phone, and all went very smoothly. The interviewers answered my questions very easily.
