I first applied for this postion on the Website. The recruiter contacted me two days later. The recruiter was very kind and provided me with a detailed layout of the job. The next week later, I came in for an interview. The interview was with the CFO, Accounting Manager, and Controller. You could tell that they loved their job and the company for whom they worked for. All three of them knew each other really well, which spoke volumes about how warm and inviting the work place was. They're very interested to know why you want to work for the company and what skills you can bring to the team. The managers are very educated well rounded individuals. A fews days passed and I contacted the recruiter to follow up about the interview. Unfortunately they moved forward with someone else. I admit that I had my heart set on working for SEA, because they're a great company that I can really see myself working with maybe until retirement. The recruiter was kind enough to give me key points on what could help in the future if I wanted to reapply for a new role with SEA. Although I was not offered the job, I am grateful for the experience to interview with SEA, Ltd. and to meet some of the amazing team members. Once I continue to further my education, and gain a little bit more experience for a role that suits me at SEA, I will come back stronger to apply later in the future.
