Average Interview process over the phone with HR and then was called in for a group interview with a panel of 4 people in a small room. I more than qualified for the position but I felt that they did not want a minority, they were looking for someone who looked like them. Since this is supported, I would not want to work here. Did not seem to be open to a younger more fresh population of employees, which is unfortunately a poor reflection of the company. HR or the hiring manager did not even have the courtesy to respond to emails that I didn't get the job.
