Poor interview process when I was hired but since then I believe it has improved. Not sure if I was hired or not and then I was sent for a drug test. Questioned as if I should put my notice into my current job.

Fun, easy, positive work environment, always something to learn, great work hours and flexibility with scheduling. DON called right away to set up an interview and was open to feedback. DON called a week later for a job offer.

Laid back interview with the manager. Informal and conversational. Got to meet the team and a tour of the surgical center. This was an interview for the PACU and Pre-op. No critical thinking questions were involved, just going over the resume and speaking about experiences.
