Initial phone/video interview followed by a full day in person interview. Met with six different people, each individually for about a hour. Questions were mostly pre-determined and behavior-based. Each interviewer had a list of topics they had to discuss and then we were able to ask anything we wanted. Got tour of facilities and met some of the potential co-workers.
