Two stage interview, first online with a short assessment in Java before hand, the assessment checked the basics, syntax knowledge was not too important. Second stage interview in person on a more complex Object oriented projet.

good and smooth and the process was easy it was a two stage interview. during the first interview was with HR and she asked me about my past experiences and explained about the company rules and regulations.
