With a decade of wide-berth and depth IT cybersecurity and C3PAO/Audit readiness experience, ISSO, vCISO consulting, cloud security assessment and testing in both federal and commercial consulting, it was OFFENSIVE to hear they considered my experience "entry level" and would drop salary from 100k (asked, well below my market rate/value) to 60k, given that their requirements for working with financial institutions as a hard requirement, when it was one bullet out of twenty on the JD.
