The interview process was very disorganized. The first step was an online coding test that you completed on your own, and it was pretty straightforward. For the second step, I had a meeting with a someone on the perception team. He repeatedly asked me questions about perception even when I explained I was interviewing for a controls position. He had no knowledge of controls and did not know why he was assigned to interview me either, but the interview just went on.
