You fill out an application and then they call you over for the interview thats about 15 minutes , once hired , the job is pretty straight forward and with right co workers my first few days have been quite easy in my opinion , its a fun job no doubt!

I had a good and effiecient interview with safe management . I kept eye contact and was asked very good question pertaining to event security. I was asked relevant questions my work history and were did I see my self in 5 years

They ask you questions for a personality/situations assessment. After the interview, you need to go home and complete this boring online training that is completely outdated. That is not the real training it is just for certification purposes. You will tire of it quickly. Get through it to become certified.
