Interviewers were in general friendly and tried to get to know more than trick you with hard questions. I met with the main supervisor first then others whom I might interact with daily. There is a trip to show you around which is followed by the real interview with the supervisor. As many interviews, they would show both the pros and cons of the position. Some people are key and some are there to just participate in the process. At the end of the day, I met with the bigger boss and you can tell right away!

I applied online and was contacted to set up a basic phone interview less than a week later; the next day I was invited for an on-site interview, which consisted of five one-on-one interviews (four in-person, one with HR on the phone) over four hours. There were a couple of technical questions (e.g. to describe theoretical background of equipment) but otherwise it was a lot of behavioral, situation, and resume-based questions.
