I went to the Interview right from the airport. The Director was very nice and he knew that I am new to the industry so just asked about the basic questions and hired me immediately.

A revit test and interview with the directors, actually all of it its quite sudden and ghost me afterwards, i would say it was a great experience but yea, i hope that hr or big companies should not allow a ghosting culture
