I received an email from HR to have me complete an online interview. The online interview allowed you to record your answers and review them. After which I was contacted for an in person interview.

Most questions pertained to background information. The online interview asked how you would handle an angry client. The in person interview consisted mostly of an explanation of the company and how they worked.
