The process spanned nearly 6 hours across 3 interviews. Despite the position being based abroad, no compensation was offered for travel or accommodation during the final interview, which took place on-site. Additionally, I encountered unacceptable behavior during the interview, particularly from the manager, whose condescending attitude bordered on insult. Overall, this left me with the impression that the workplace culture could be toxic.
