It was an in-person interview with HR and supervisor. Asked a couple of questions about my experience. Had to do a math exam on the spot which was pretty easy for me. Later on did a warehouse tour with the supervisor.

Fill out application on company website, then call to follow up on application, then do a phone interview. If you met the job requirements and qualifications, you then would come for an onsite interview with the hiring manager.
