It is an easy process. I applied online , they sent me a confirmation e mail.
They do everything in one day. We need to make an English test, one part with grammar and a short PA. There are a elimination process after the english test.
In the final interview they ask about what is your motivation, why ryanair, if you are prepared to live in another country... Questions like that.

Il luogo del recruting day era un hotel. Dovevamo compilare un CV cabincrew e avere una nostra foto intera. La giornata è iniziata con una presentazione della compagnia. A seguire un esercizio in gruppo per valutare l'attitudine alla collaborazione e al confronto. Infine un colloquio individuale.

una volta passato bisogna fare un corso di 6 settimane MOLTO PESANTE, bisogna studiare ed impegnarsi molto per passare , io non ho passato l'ultimo esame per 4 punti
