Entretien
Why do you think you are the right fit for this position? How have you handled conflict with guests and/or coworkers at your current position? (they may bring up a specific scenario and ask how you might handle it) Name a time when you did something that your boss would consider excellent customer service. Think about things that happen day to day at your current job. Is there anything you did to improve those tasks? It could be as simple as creating a daily checklist. How do your coworkers view you? Think about this one as not only a love/hate relationship, but more like friends vs. professionalism in the work place. Do your coworkers seek advice from you to do their job better? Do they trust you to help them when there is a problem? And of course, if not asked, try to bring up any tasks you do at your current job that are inline with what a FOM should be doing. There are a bajillion more questions that could be asked. But these were some important ones I always asked. And when they ask you what seems like a silly question about your hobbies they just want to see if you are passionate about something. Good luck!
