I got an initial call from the hiring manager to set up a call with the head and deputy head of product & design at Ryanair. The initial call involved a 30 minute discussison about my experience, skills and interests as a UX designer. I was given details about how the Ryanair product team was structured, their future vision and what the role would involve. The next stage involved an in-person design challenge at the Ryanair head office.
