You start the day giving them all the necessary papers and in the mean time they check if you have any visible tattoo, asking you to leave if they find it. After that, they show you a introduction video with all the info about the company. When you get all the info, you need to do a quick English exam. Then, you all go outside this room and wait for the results. At the end, if you pass the exam, you have a personal English interview about you Cv and personal experiences.

Very quick interview of around 6 minutes. Asked about my experiences and how I could contribute to the company, if I had any visible tattoos, if I had a velid visa or EU passport..

una volta passato bisogna fare un corso di 6 settimane MOLTO PESANTE, bisogna studiare ed impegnarsi molto per passare , io non ho passato l'ultimo esame per 4 punti

Il luogo del recruting day era un hotel. Dovevamo compilare un CV cabincrew e avere una nostra foto intera. La giornata è iniziata con una presentazione della compagnia. A seguire un esercizio in gruppo per valutare l'attitudine alla collaborazione e al confronto. Infine un colloquio individuale.
