At first you have to write a 20 minute really simple english test. 10 grammar multiple choice questions and to write a small text. My topic was: Write a letter to a friend inviting him to spend the holidays at your country. Write the places you will visit and activities that you will do. After 30 minutes from the test they will tell you if you passed it. If yes you continue with the personal interview after a 1 hour presentation of the job, the training and the company. The interview is not over 5 minutes and there are some yes/no questions such as: Can you swim, are you willing to relocate? Then the only question I was asked is why I want to be a flight attendant. After 13 days I received an email with their answer.

Very quick interview of around 6 minutes. Asked about my experiences and how I could contribute to the company, if I had any visible tattoos, if I had a velid visa or EU passport..

Il luogo del recruting day era un hotel. Dovevamo compilare un CV cabincrew e avere una nostra foto intera. La giornata è iniziata con una presentazione della compagnia. A seguire un esercizio in gruppo per valutare l'attitudine alla collaborazione e al confronto. Infine un colloquio individuale.
