I submitted my cv, and just took one phone interview, and was hired. There was no technical question but simple question like when did you graduate, can you manage big class. I guess it is because the position was to teach undergraduate courses.

I was referred by the employee there and then discussed with the department chair about some more personal information about myself, mainly about the academic background. Then he made the decision.
