The main skill required is Auto CAD knowledge. The Employer will ask you to recreate a drawing in Auto CAD. He is strict when it comes to details, however, he does not put you under time pressure, so you can take your time. After you complete the test, he takes a while to respond to you because it is a long process before the HR department allows him to hire you, but eventually he will get back to you.
