Interview was a video call where 2 people asked questions about my knowledge on troubleshooting and computers and about what to do during certain scenarios. My interviewers were very kind and patient when I was answering their questions.

my overall impression is positive, the company is comfortable and welcoming and it aligns with my expectations. also, the process was pleasant and smooth, overall good place to work at as a part-time student
30 min interview asked simple questions. Had a technical, verbal, and communications, interview section. People were very nice and were happy to answer any question you may have. Got my offer 2 months after my interview.
