Took over 2 months from time of application to first hearing anything from employer. Took an additional month to schedule interview. Starting time was prompt. Three persons were part of the interview. False promise of hearing something by end of week or week after. I emailed them, sent a thank you letter, and kept waiting. I have received three emails to let me know they are still waiting, but I was their favorite candidate.
