45 Minute phone interview with a Junior Coordinator that would have reported to me had I been hired. Before the call, she asked me when I would be able to come in for an in-person interview as they were "moving quickly". We discussed a tentative date and she told me she would confirm by email if the date worked. It is now 4 weeks later and I have yet to hear from anyone even after sending a thank you email that they could have easily replied to if they decided to go in a different direction.

The hiring process at Rutgers started with a phone screen, followed by an onsite interview. Interviews were done individually instead of panels. Interviewers were very professional and asked only questions that were relevant to the role. The interviews were timely and finished on time.
