Skype interview with the person currently in the role. Described role, reason for hiring, questions for me, questions from me. In total, conversation lasted 45 minutes. I was told I would hear from Rustic Pathways within a week (they gave me a tight window for an interview time as they said they wanted to hire quickly), but I never received a response after the initial interview even after sending several follow-up emails. No hard feelings if I didn't get they job, but I consider a response for interviewed candidates a basic courtesy.
