The process went over four months long. There were some technical questions, but most were generic questions. I conveyed my salary expectations in the first call. Ultimately, they cited a lower budget and offered over 20% less. There was a lack of transparency in the process.

3 stage interview. Covers technical, behavioural type of questions and then a meeting with HR dept. Typical questions about work history and examples of achievements. There was no assessments required but probably dependant on position applied for.

Phone, then flew out for in person. Several interviews with different employees from above, parallel, and below. Timed Excel test was medium to advanced. Nice office, everyone was quite friendly.
