There were eight interviewees for one job.
First, an Intray exercise where you were given information about two students and asked to complete pupil passports for them. Then a group discussion about how to design the perfect resource centre for special educational needs students.
After that, three people were selected for interview and the rest were sent home. One of the people selected was a former teacher there, and the other was a former pupil.
They offered to provide individual feedback via email, but they didn't reply to the two emails I sent them asking for feedback.
