I interviewed for the Associate Analyst role at Rudder Analytics. The process started with an aptitude round, which tested basic logical and analytical skills. Candidates shortlisted from this round moved to a 90-minute coding test focused on problem-solving and basic programming concepts. After clearing the coding round, there was a Group Discussion round. In this round, the main focus was on communication skills, confidence, clarity of thoughts, and participation in the discussion. Candidates who performed well in the GD were then scheduled for the final interview. The interview was based on my resume, projects, and technical fundamentals. The interviewer also asked logical and assumption-based questions to understand my approach to problem-solving. Overall, the process was structured and relevant for an entry-level analytics role.
