Poor job describing the work to be done, and unable to articulate how the position would be measured. Salary negotiation was made uncomfortable by the fact that it felt like a poker game. They asked what I needed to have, I told them, they offered 80%, then I had to counter, then they came back 5%. It felt like the interview was just an assessment of how much I needed the job so they could decide you little I would work for, not an assessment of my abilities or how I would use them.
