Ghost candidates!!! Wish this would stop. I applied for an HR position and was invited for an interview. The call seemed to be going well and then salary expectation q was asked. I replied within the salary range posted. According to the recruiter, the salary range posted in the job description is not correct? She said she would confirm the range and get back to me but I never heard back. I followed up afterwards and never got a reply either.

First there is an interview with a recruiter
Followed by an interview with the manager
And finally a 3 hour interview with different managers and team members.
It’s a very well-thought recruitment process and as a candidate I felt that I met with enough people to get a sense of the company’s culture.
After my last interview I had all the information I needed to make a decision.

Was contacted quickly after applying on line with the company. They contacted me via e mail and schedule a phone interview. Phone interview went well and was very promising but they sent an e mail with a thanks no thanks message
