I emailed the owner my resume and she asked if I wanted to come in for an interview and see how things worked and if it would be something I would like doing. They have you out with the dogs for about 2 hours to see how you interact with them. I basically was told to think about the position and if I really wanted it, and to email them. I did and they hired me.
