The interview and training program was done by a third party. The training was good but it did cost $250. At the conclusion of the training there was a short interview conducted by one of the dealerships managers.

Interview was basically just about the employer trying to get a little better feel for who you are as a person. Was asked about sales background obviously and what type of career that you are looking to have in the business.
