I would not recommend applying unless you're okay with doing free work under the guise of a possible job. I went through a few rounds of interviews; speaking with HR first then later to a skype with the entire design team. The experience was generally quite positive and meeting who I could possible be working with was great. I was then assigned a design test to give design suggestions and what I would do to improve a current product they were working on. They gave me two days to complete this and send it back, which at the time happened to be over a major holiday. It was inconvenient but I figured they were looking to hire someone quickly. They completely stopped responding to me once I had sent them the full pitch they requested for their product (sketches, a model, explanation of changes). I have not been able to get a hold of any of the contacts they had given me since sending them this work for a product they were actively redesigning.
