Standard Interview process. People were super friendly. You need to explain why you want to work there. The callback was standard as well. Five 30 minute interviews for the callback.

I had an OCI call back interview. They were not prepared. It was virtual. One person was on a train and we could barely understand each other. They were nice over all but generally did not seem as invested as other firms.
